Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SimLine application and website at esimline.net ("Service"), operated by Esimline ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SimLine is the brand name of Esimline, a digital eSIM data plan reseller. We provide access to prepaid eSIM data plans for 263+ countries and regions. Plans are delivered digitally via QR code after purchase. Esimline does not operate its own mobile network — we source plans from licensed international eSIM providers. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SimLine.
  • Your device must support eSIM technology. SimLine is not responsible for device compatibility issues.
  • You are responsible for ensuring eSIM services are permitted in your country of residence and destination.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to purchase plans. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payment is processed through Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
  • Prices are final at checkout and include all applicable fees. No hidden charges.
  • SimLine reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect already purchased plans.

6. eSIM Delivery and Activation

  • After successful payment, your eSIM QR code is delivered instantly within the app.
  • You are responsible for correctly scanning and installing the eSIM on a compatible device.
  • Each eSIM QR code can only be installed on one device. Once installed, it cannot be transferred to another device.
  • Data plans activate upon first connection to a supported network in the destination country, unless otherwise stated.

7. Data Plans and Usage

  • Data plans have a fixed data allowance and validity period as stated at purchase.
  • Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and is not refundable or transferable.
  • Data speeds, coverage, and availability depend on local carrier infrastructure and are not guaranteed by SimLine.
  • Plans are for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing plans for commercial purposes is prohibited.

8. Referral Program

SimLine may offer a referral program that provides wallet credit. Referral credits are subject to specific terms which may change at any time. Abuse of the referral system (including fake accounts or self-referrals) will result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions or referral programs.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with SimLine are owned by SimLine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

SimLine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SimLine is not liable for network outages, slow speeds, or coverage gaps caused by underlying carriers.
  • SimLine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific plan in question.

12. Termination

SimLine may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, any unused wallet credit or referral balance is forfeited. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Palestine. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts in Ramallah, Palestine.
