  • eSIM providers: Minimal data required to provision your eSIM plan (no personal details beyond what is technically necessary).

  • Hosting provider: Our backend is hosted on self-managed infrastructure. Data is not shared with third-party cloud platforms.

  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
  • All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
