All purchases made through SimLine are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, simply contact us at support@esimline.net with your order details.
In addition to our 14-day guarantee, you may have statutory cancellation and refund rights under the consumer protection laws of your country. These rights apply automatically and are not limited by this policy. If your statutory rights provide a longer refund period or broader protections, those rights take precedence.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary — refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
